We offer Flat Fee Packaging, Handling and Shipping, for all orders except those that include a Motorvator or one of the larger Meccano sets (the postage is just too high on these heavy items):

For Heavy Orders:
New Zealand: $NZ 20.00
Australia: $NZ 40.00
Rest of World: $NZ 60.00
Within New Zealand we ship by Courier Post.
International Shipping is via New Zealand Post Airmail, with 10 working day delivery to anywhere.
Where we cannot supply a part immediately, you have the choice to wait for
the part to arrive before we ship the order, or to have us ship the items that
are in stock and follow up later with the remainder. If you choose the latter
option, then we waive the packaging and handling fee on the second shipment (but
you will still pay both shipping amounts).
We accept returns for faulty parts or parts incorrectly supplied.
Other returns will incur a 15% re-stocking fee
